    A commitment period of 3 months applies to our full social media management service. This is to ensure that adequate time is taken to implement, adjust and optimize your social media strategy. In most cases, businesses can take 3 months to up to a year to see major growth. It is crucial to stay consistent.

  • I've booked an appointment! What now?

    If you have booked an appointment via our scheduler, you will hear from us within 3 working days. An onboarding form will be sent to you to help us understand your business and specific concerns. During our discovery call, we will go through the form together and identify areas where we can step in.

  • How do the SMM tiered packages differ?

    We offer tiered packages for our full social media management service to ensure that there is something for every budget. The Starter package covers the essentials for your business social media presence, while the Accelerator package focuses on higher engagement and faster growth.

  • When will I start to see results?

    You will see an overal increase in metrics within the first 3 months. Depending on the type of package you have opted for, as well as whether you choose to include paid marketing, the duration it takes to produce results differs. It is important to note that social media is but one arm of your marketing strategy, and other marketing efforts work hand-in-hand.

  • Does The Strategy Call bundle expire?

    We offer a 6-session bundle package for business owners who wish to have 1:1 coaching to grow their social media presence. This bundle is recommended to be completed within the span of 2 months. This is for the new content strategy to be implemented in a timely manner for optimal performance, and for business owners to stay on track in taking charge of their socials.

  • What do you use to shoot your content?

    Depending on the type of content, we use DSLRs, action cameras and even iPhones to capture social media content! We spend a lot of effort focusing on the generation of content ideas and structure for maximum growth and engagement. We prioritize offering your audience value and brand authenticity in our content strategy, and less so on fancy effects.
